Joan Pearson, President

Joan's ten-year career as a Medical Group Administrator made for an easy transition into physician search. For over 17 years, Joan has worked exclusively in the physician search and locum tenens industry. Joan's commitment to responsive, honest, loyal service has resulted in a proven track record. As an active member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), Joan served on the Board of Directors from 2002 to 2005 and continues to work on various committees. As an active member of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), Joan currently chairs the membership committee.

Rhonda Bishop, Recruiter

Prior to joining CMR, Rhonda studied Administration of Justice at Arizona State University while working for a local Phoenix law firm. Rhonda has been a recruiter for Catalina Medical Recruiters since 1997, assisting clients and physicians in their search efforts. Rhonda always provides professional, quality service with a "personal" touch. In her role away from the office, Rhonda is a "cheerleading, Girl Scout and baseball Mom" of three!

Dawn Golden, Recruiter

Prior to joining CMR in 2002, Dawn obtained her BBA Degree from Grand Canyon University. Dawn's success is due to taking that extra step in assisting her candidates and clients. In 2006, "Locum Life" recognized Dawn with "Locum Recruiter of the Year" award. In her spare time, Dawn follows her two sons on their traveling ice hockey teams. Who would think, there would be ice hockey in Phoenix??

Tonya Pearson, Recruiter

Since joining CMR in 1998, Tonya has served in a variety of roles including Locum Recruiter, Permanent Recruiter and office manager. We are proud to say Tonya was recently recognized in the "Locum Life" May 2008 issue with the "Locum Recruiter of the Year" award. While away from work, Tonya is a volleyball coach and gymnastics and hockey mom!
